Ben Morgan

Ben Morgan is a Sandy, UT based photographer specializing in both natural light and studio portraiture. 

Ben started his life in Salt Lake City, UT, but moved around a decent amount due to his father's military status. He's lived all across the United States, from Washington State to South Carolina, before finally working his way back to Utah.

Ben's passion for photography began as a hobby taking pictures of flowers and animals in his backyard. Slowly this grew into photo shoots with his friends, where he truly found his calling in portraiture. Since then he has focused his work on fine tuning his work and learning new techniques.

In April 2020 Ben started Utah Digital Drag to provide a digital platform for local drag performers to showcase their art while live venues were closed. Ben began producing music video style content with various local drag performers and is working towards expanding his videography work.

Aside from photography, Ben's main interest is biology, specifically vertebrate zoology. Ben studied biological sciences at Clemson University, graduating in 2016. His interests intersect when he has the opportunity to work out in nature and photograph the extreme diversity of life found around the globe.
